Kousaka: The smart machines at Belobog Heavy Industries are fantastic, but they don't seem willing to share their tech.

Kousaka: They won't even let us touch their smart machines... But we're supposed to be their partners.

Those machines mean the world to them.

The machines are family to them.

Kousaka: Hmm... You seem to know what's going on behind the scenes there?

Kousaka: Our cement mixers could really use some AI upgrades. Could you please ask them if they're willing to help us out?

Kousaka: I might have pressed them a little too hard the last time I talked to them about the project timeline... And now things are a bit awkward.

Li: Even if we upgrade their onboard systems, the machines won't follow their commands without logic cores.

Li: Sorry, I'm afraid our hands are tied...

Kousaka: But I saw them scrapping a bunch in the public storehouse yesterday — all piled up in the public storehouse over there... As far as I can tell, they'd rather trash them than let us use them.

Kousaka: I can't believe they're so cheap. Forget it, we'll find someone else to help with the mods.
