Mr. Ooda (Japanese: 大田 Ōta), or just Ooda, is an NPC located in Sixth Street.

Mr. Ooda is the manager of The Forecasters. He is very supportive of the group and cares deeply for each member.

They've been performing here for some time and have already drawn quite a bit of attention, but it's still a long way from the dream they're aiming for. To reach that dream, they'll need not only their own hard work, but also the support of their fans.; Ooda: If you'd like to get to know them better, swing by the photo session at midnight.
