North was a Sharkboo who worked with and was best friends with Rost, a Hollow Raider.

History
Following the discovery by Rost, of a special virus that could overwrite one Bangboo's logic core with another, effectively allowing them to change bodies, albeit at the cost of the potential victim's being, they devised a plan to create a backdoor into New Eridu Public Security, by having North take over the body of a PubSec Bangboo.
Although the plan initially succeeded, with them luring Kami into their trap, during the overwriting process, the virus developed an error, causing great pain and distress for North.
Despite his pleas for help, Rost ignored him and, instead of aborting the process, decided to proceed with the option to merge North's logic core with the unsuspecting victim-Bangboo Kami's, hoping that North's personality would still end up overwriting the latter's.
This did not happen however and both the original North and Kami perished in the process, with North's empty Bangboo shell being left at the crime-scene and Kami's body now being inhabited by a new personality, henceforth Kami North.
