The Raider Boss is a Hollow Raider working with the Bulky Enforcer to search for treasure. He is clever but cautious, and calls himself the "big bro" to the Bulky Enforcer's "little bro."
Completing all interactions with the duo grants the Achievement All's Fair in Loot and War.
