Severian Lowell

Severian Lowell is a commission-exclusive NPC. He was first mentioned by Seth during Special Episode: Undercover R&B, and first appears during the Season 2 Interlude: Encore for an Old Dream.

Severian is New Eridu Public Security's HQ Senior Commissioner, and Seth's elder brother.

History

During childhood, Severian had a good relationship with Seth, but after becoming a Commissioner, Severian frequently criticized his impulsive and immature style of working, which frustrated Seth, who sought his recognition. Due to his harsh attitude and the sheer pressure he placed on his peers, Severian was given the infamous moniker "Demon Lord" by the members of New Eridu Public Security.

Due to Severian's high rank, there are false rumors that Seth got into Public Security only thanks to his brother's influence.

After Justin Bringer was defeated, Severian stepped in as a Commissioner to investigate Bringer. He gave orders to conceal the true identity of Phaethon from Seth.^[4] However, in order to keep The Exaltists' plot under wraps and not cause the public to panic, he officially concluded that Bringer's case was caused by his personal misconduct, and prevented Zhu Yuan from investigating further.^[5]
