[Character Intro] Soukaku (I)
When Soukaku uses her EX Special Attack, Chain Attack, or Ultimate, she gains up to 3 stacks of Vortex. During her Special Attack or EX Special Attack, holding
the Special Attack button allows for a quick transition to Fly the Flag.

[Character Intro] Soukaku (II)
Hold the Special Attack button and Soukaku will unleash her Fly the Flag attack, dealing Ice DMG. When Fly the Flag hits an enemy, it triggers a Quick Assist and grants a buff to Soukaku or an ally. When Soukaku has 3 stacks of Vortex and activates Fly the Flag, she consumes all stacks and enters the Frosted Banner state.
Hold

When in the Frosted Banner state, Soukaku can launch enhanced Basic Attacks and enhanced Dash Attacks, dealing massive Ice DMG. This skill can be triggered up to 6 times or last up to 45s.
