When Starlight - Billy's attacks hit enemies, he gains Determination. The amount recovered varies by skill. Determination caps at 120 points. Additional Determination is gained when triggering a Perfect Dodge, using EX Special Attack: Cool Wheelie, using Chain Attack: Knight's Swagger, or when triggering a Block.
When sufficient Determination is available, hold
to use Basic Attack: Full-Throttle Starlight.
Hold
to use EX Special Attack: High-Traction Wheels and recover HP.
When Decibel Rating reaches Maximum, press
to consume Decibels and use Ultimate: Starlight Knight Flying Kick. Character is invulnerable while using this skill.
When sufficient Determination is available, hold
