Using either EX Special Attack: Wind Shear - Purifying Rise or EX Special Attack: Wind Shear - Triple Deathblow restores 45 points of Windbloom. Windbloom has a maximum cap of 135 points.
When Windbloom is at 90 points or higher, hold

to activate EX Special Attack: Wind Shear - Eye of the Storm, summoning a Sweeping Cyclone and triggering the previous character's Quick Assist.
When the Sweeping Cyclone hits an enemy affected by Contamination, it triggers the Chromatic Tint effect, converting the Sweeping Cyclone to the corresponding attribute and dealing damage of that attribute.
