There's a generator near the lift mechanism. Find it and use the Revelation ability to make the inert refractive Ether change states, making the power lines visible.

When wires are revealed, they'll be electrified and the lift platform will rise; when hidden, they're affected by inert Ether, breaking the circuit and causing the lift to descend. Use your abilities wisely to explore hidden areas!
