Under certain conditions, Promeia restores a set amount of Corrosive Chill, which is automatically converted into Trial by Cold. While she has Trial by Cold, after the final hit of Basic Attack: Sweeping Edge, Execution - Descending Frost, or Execution - Layered Frost lands, hold to chain into Execution - Merciless Judgment.
