Tutorial/(Starlight - Billy) Gameplay Details

When Starlight - Billy's attacks hit enemies, he gains Determination, with the amount gained varying by skill. While in combat, he gradually recovers Determination. Triggering a Perfect Dodge, using EX Special Attack: Cool Wheelie, using Chain Attack: Knight's Swagger, or triggering a block grants additional Determination.

DMG Dealing Tip:
· When Determination is full: hold
· When you need to restore HP: hold
· When enemies flash red/yellow: press to trigger a block
