I understand the chef's intention to pair fish sausage with pineapple for a refreshing taste, but it inevitably ended up being bland. The choice of sauce still needs consideration. The braised beef and cheese sandwich and the buttered cheese corn cup convey the chef's "sincerity" through their ingredients, but there's nothing else to offer beyond that.
