Whyte is an event-exclusive NPC who first appeared during the Snap! Focus Showdown! event.
Profile
Whyte is a famous photographer, known throughout Roscaelifer. He has a preference for "people watching", with his photography focusing primarily on the everyday happenings of people. He lists people he has great interest in photographing, and is said to be able to go three days and nights without having to recharge his batteries.
He is friends with Dr. Bang, who often commissions him to take photos of humans.
History
In the past, Whyte was mentored by a child, who was a "Bangboo-watching fanatic". The two bonded over their shared interests, and if they ever fought, could easily make up with a lollipop shared between them. The two eventually lost contact, and Whyte has no idea where she now is.
Whyte was commissioned by Sheila's Dad to use test out new combat-functionality built in to Mr. Click, but ended up slacking on the commission to focus on his people watching photography, much to the camera's chagrin. Phaethon eventually arrived, who Whyte had a great deal of interest in due to them being them rumoured "mysterious transfer student", and also got in to a contest with Mr. Click to see who's form of photography was better, with Phaethon agreeing to help out, helping Whyte with finding interesting people to photograph, while using Mr. Click in simulations to get the best action shots possible.
By the end of the competition, Whyte and Mr. Click have a much greater appreciation for one another's photography skills, but have not changed their opinions on whether their subject of focus is the better one, and so continue their bickering despite being on good terms.
