Location

Akim is a mason, potter, and bricklayer. He works on using building materials for constructing foundations for houses.

Akim (Kazakh: әкім; Kyrgyz: аким; Russian: аким) is the title for the head of a local government in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. Akim is derived from the Arabic word hakim (Arabic: حاكم) which means "ruler" or "governor."
As a name, Akim is one of the variants of the name Hakim, which comes from Arabic words ḥakīm (Arabic: حكيم "wise") or ḥākem (Arabic: حاکم "ruler").
