Dobrawa is a quest-exclusive NPC who appears in the Archon Quest Fulminations and Undercurrents in Song of the Welkin Moon: Act II - Elegy of Dust and Lamplight.

Profile

According to Nefer, Dobrawa is a hide merchant with a tough personality and a knack for bargaining. Her business seems to extend to Fontaine, as records there implicate her in some form of smuggling. She was recently caught in a Wild Hunt attack, only narrowly escaping with her life.^[1]
