Requirements
This campaign is limited to the United States, Canada, and the following countries within Latin America: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, and Venezuela. Cuba is excluded.
Redemption code rules:
- Redemption codes are valid until September 22, 2026 08:59:59 AM (PT).
- Redeem your code in-game on the Genshin Impact official website at https://genshin.hoyoverse.com/gift. Valid on the America server only.
- Rewards will be delivered via in-game mail once the player reaches Adventure Rank 2 or above.
- Each Crunchyroll account may claim the gadget pet reward code and in-game bundle reward code once; each Genshin Impact account may redeem each code once.
- The reward codes via Crunchyroll have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be used in the Genshin Impact game.
