He Who Controls the Spice... is an Achievement in the category Wonders of the World. To complete this achievement, the player needs to paralyze Setekh Wenut by destroying the Windbite Bullets while it is in its floating state. The Windbite Bullets can be destroyed when hit by Cryo, Electro, Hydro, or Pyro attacks.

- This achievement's name is a reference to the 1965 novel Dune, which is famous for its sandworms and its miraculous drug nicknamed "the spice."
