House of Caspar

The House of Caspar was a prominent family in Fontaine. Local to the town of Poisson and well trusted for their fairness and reliability,[1] they were renowned as the leaders of the Spina di Rosula[2] and key figures in the construction of the Aquabuses which bear the family's names.[1] Following the death and disgrace of the family's patriarch Callas, he was succeeded as Spina di Rosula president by his daughter, Navia Caspar.[2]
