Spina di Rosula

The Spina di Rosula is an organization in Fontaine that dedicates their time to helping the people of Fontaine and investigating matters that the Gardes would not or have difficulty with.
Originally founded by Callas, Navia's father, Navia serves as the second President of the group following her father's demise.[1] The organization is funded by donations of its supporters. Although the organization prefers to handle issues peacefully, they do have enforcers to handle less than ideal situations and dirty work.
During her stint as King of Constellation Metropole in the event Summertide Scales and Tales, Navia established a branch of the Spina in Simulanka.[2]
