Ipe

Ipe (Ainu: イペ Ipe) is a quest-exclusive NPC that appears in the World Quest series Through the Mists. He also appears as a spirit after the quest series is done, after fishing from the fishing spot next to Chirai Shrine.

Location

During the quest "A Particularly Particular Author", Ipe is found at the first perch talking to Makiri.

During the quest "Octave of the Maushiro", an illusion of Ipe is seen after interacting with a Mysterious Carving on Wakukau Shoal.

During the quest "The Sea of Fog and the Rite of the Trees", Ipe is again seen making an offering at the first perch with Makiri. When the Traveler destroys the perch, he looks shocked.

After the quest series "Through the Mists", Ipe appears as a ghostly figure after fishing from the fishing spot next to Chirai Shrine.
