Isadora

Isadora is an open-world NPC located in Court of Fontaine: Palais Mermonia, Fontaine. She can be found talking with Jacquetta near the entrance to the Palais Mermonia during the day and behind the Palais Mermonia at night.
Following a certain dialogue branch for the first time gives the player four Rainbow Roses.
