Javad is an open-world NPC located in Sumeru City, Sumeru. During daytime, he can be found sitting next to a bed in Bimarstan while at night, he can be found walking right along the path leading to Bimarstan. His dialogue does not change based on time of day.
Following a certain dialogue branch for the first time gives the player one 3★ Traveling Doctor's Medicine Pot.
