Little Fei is an open-world NPC in Liyue Harbor. He can be found playing with Little Lulu and Little Meng on the deck of one of the ships anchored at the harbor.

Little Fei is a child with black hair and black eyes, he wears a brown sleeveless jacket over his light gray shirt, dark gray shorts, black and brown boots, and a brown hat.
