The exchanges between Watatsumi and Narukami Islands grow more frequent by the day, and travelers from all corners of Teyvat are also arriving in an endless stream.

Compared to the days of old when all we had to do was to fend off the enemy, the various routine tasks that demand the army's attention today require even more focus and attention to detail. For example, our duties now include maintaining the peace of the city, assisting Her Excellency with various administrative matters, and even mediating increasingly complex trade disputes and conducting maritime patrols...

When the tide rises, the boat may float higher, but the waves also grow larger. To me, as a general, this is undoubtedly a brand-new test, and only by striving for ever-greater perfection can I set a proper example for my subordinates.
