I've recently come to Nod-Krai on business. The waves along the coast are rougher than I expected. But the "fish" here are surprisingly plump, which always attracts all sorts of "anglers." Fishing is an elegant pastime, and there's nothing wrong with folks seeking what they need. The only thing is, there aren't many rules out here, and both live and dead bait are used by anglers. Also, the mix of long and short lines here often causes tangles once movement beneath the surface is detected. Pull too hard, and at best the line snaps and the fish escapes; in the worst case, you might even get a cut or two. But if you slip, you could even end up in the water... I've always been a firm believer in choosing the right bait and fishing spot, staying patient, and, when the moment is right, reeling in swiftly and decisively to avoid complications. My "fish" is about to bite — care to have a taste when the time comes? | |
