Manager Xiao

Manager Xiao (Chinese: 枭总管 Xiāo Zǒngguǎn) is an open-world NPC in Liyue Harbor. He can be found walking between Chihu Rock and the dockyard. He will be overlooking the harbor, standing in front of the lion statues a bit past Master Zhang.

Manager Xiao is the dockyard manager in Liyue Harbor.
Appearance
Manager Xiao is an elderly man with a slim build and midnight blue eyes. He wears almond capri pants and knee-length black boots with green gems at the front and gold linings. He wears a long-sleeved maroon shirt with two white knots at the collar, once again lined by golden material. Atop the shirt, he wears a black-bordered burgundy vest with lighter prints of swirls.

- Manager Xiao: But the answer is no! The orderly functioning of the dockyard, and of Liyue, is based on centuries of tradition. Things like that do not simply disappear overnight... I, for one, will not allow it!
- Manager Xiao: In the same way, if the Lord of Geo is truly deceased... Well, I will simply continue to do my job. Just as I have always done. To do otherwise would be to dishonor his legacy.
