Master of Stars is an open-world NPC who is one of the leftover followers of Starsnatcher after completing Xiao's Story Quest, Butterfly's Dream. Master of Stars found Starsnatcher's mask in Wangshu Inn and can be seen wearing the mask, though believing it to be a spare.
