Michelle is an open-world NPC in the City of Mondstadt. She is a windmill keeper and can be found at the northernmost windmill at daytime. She appears at the windmill to the west at nighttime.
Following a certain dialogue branch for the first time gives the player six Philanemo Mushrooms.

Michelle's family has worked with windmills for generations, and is very passionate about keeping it operational. She rarely tires as long as "the wind of Barbatos blows."

Michelle has blonde hair, blue eyes, and dons a white and brown outfit with brown boots.
