Moniotte is an open-world NPC located in Fountain of Lucine, Erinnyes, Fontaine. She will be temporarily absent from the Fountain of Lucine if the player has completed Archon Quest Chapter IV: Act V - Masquerade of the Guilty but not Furina's Story Quest, Animula Choragi Chapter: Act I - "The Little Oceanid".
