Gameplay Notes

• From step 2 onwards, the player will enter a Domain and the active character will be limited to the player's Varka.
  • Picking up the "unextinguished flames of battle" grants the player a temporary Pyro infusion.
  • During the challenge, the player cannot benefit from the effects of consuming food.
    • Food cannot be consumed during the challenge, including via the NRE (Menu 30) gadget.
    • If the challenge was started while food effects were active, they will be disabled during the challenge. Food effects will still be present outside of the challenge; their durations will continue to count down while the player is in the challenge, and they will be applied again if the player completes or exits the challenge before the effects expire.
  • The Domain can be re-entered even after completing the quest, allowing the player to fight Boreas's Shadow again.
