Starshatter is Ningguang's Elemental Burst.
Gameplay Notes
- When Jade Screen is nearby, 6 additional gem projectiles are launched. In an open area, 1–2 gems will hit the ground. It's not recommended to use the Burst in a confined space, because the gems are likely blocked by obstacles.
- This skill fires 6 gems without Jade Screen nearby and fires 12 gems with Jade Screen nearby.

Majesty Be the Array of Stars: Increases this talent's level by 3, up to a maximum of 15. - Constellation Level 6,
Grandeur Be the Seven Stars: "When Starshatter is used, Ningguang gains 7 Star Jades."
