- Okin: He's called Gonpachi. Just like me, he fled Yashiori Island. I guess... you could say he was like a little brother to me.
- Okin: But he strayed onto a path he shouldn't have in order to survive, and crossed people he shouldn't have. In the end, he got his childhood sweetheart, who fled here with him, killed. That's what finally broke him.
