Qian

Qian (Chinese: 乾子 Qiánzi) is an open-world NPC in Liyue Harbor. He can be found wandering around the main plaza at Chihu Rock.
Following a certain dialogue branch for the first time gives the player six Iron Chunks.

- Qian: I work as a miner, or at least that's what I used to do. Now that the Chasm's been sealed off, I just wander around without a job to do.
