Siyah is an open-world shop NPC located in Stadium of the Sacred Flame: Chuwen Fair, Stadium of the Sacred Flame, Basin of Unnumbered Flames, Natlan. He is the store manager of the Stadium of the Sacred Flame branch of the Saurian Relics Association, which serves as a Souvenir Shop, indicated by the 
icon on the map.
In exchange for Pyro Sigils, the souvenir shop sells various Weapon Ascension Materials, Mora, and Furnishing Blueprints.
