Stevens is an open-world NPC in Mondstadt. He can be found at the Dragonspine Adventurer Camp.
Following a certain dialogue branch for the first time gives the player a 4★ Broken Rime's Echo.

Profile
He is a researcher specializing in ancient history. After reading a "truly enlightening" document that Iris sent him, he decided to come to the Dragonspine Adventurer Camp believing that the mountain has more to offer than what we see. He even tried to scale the mountain, to no avail.

- Stevens: Ugh sorry, I'm rambling... I've already gleaned all I could from this item. From the looks of you, you must be an adventurer, so why don't you take this with you?
