Tafazzoli assisted Vahumana researchers in translating the Scroll of Streaming Song, but withheld information so that they could criticize the researchers' work via footnotes after the translation was published. Yarshater, a Vahumana Herbad who worked on the translation, added their replies to Tafazzoli's footnotes.[1]
