Umihiko is a quest-exclusive NPC who appears in Yumemizuki Mizuki's Story Quest, Tapirus Somniator Chapter: Act I - Dream Eater's Melancholia.
Profile
Umihiko is an Inazuman sailor. After nearly dying at sea, he developed a fear of rough waves and was reluctant to sail, greatly affecting his livelihood. He sought counseling from both Yumemizuki Mizuki's establishment and later Emura Ichigensei, who one of his relatives once knew as a bad-tempered and argumentative individual before turning a new leaf.
While Umihiko appeared to be rid of his fear of the ocean after he received "spiritual guidance" from Emura Ichigensei, he became reckless while sailing and careless enough to lose his net. After he and Susukida visit the Aisa Bathhouse, Shion and Murasaki both fall ill after consuming their concentrated nightmares. In reality, Emura Ichigensei had not removed their negative emotions but their access to their subconscious, where the negative emotions still resided, strong as ever.
