Wakamatsu

Wakamatsu is an open-world NPC located in Chenyu Vale, Liyue. It appears that he was inspired by A Legend of Sword to escape Inazuma during the Sakoku Decree and seek out the Guhua Clan martial arts school for training.
Location
Wakamatsu can be found sitting by the roadside east of the Mt. Lingmeng teleport waypoint. After completing the World Quest Shrouded Vale, Hidden Hero, he will move to outside Wangshan Hall, sitting beside Wen the Fourth.
