Gameplay Notes

Anemo vortexes spawn at 12-second intervals.
Each vortex lasts for 1.5 seconds and deals DMG at 0.4-second intervals. After 1.6s, the vortex will explode, dealing an additional instance of AoE DMG.

The DMG dealt by Anemo vortex DoT is calculated as $1 \times \text{Level Multiplier}$ . This DMG is affected by RES, but unaffected by DEF or DMG Reduction. Level Multipliers for each level can be found in Elemental Reaction/Level Scaling § Level Multiplier.

The DMG dealt by Anemo vortex explosion is calculated as $3 \times \text{Level Multiplier}$ . This DMG is affected by RES, but unaffected by DEF or DMG Reduction. Level Multipliers for each level can be found in Elemental Reaction/Level Scaling § Level Multiplier.
