Wuyuan is an open-world NPC in Liyue. She can be found admiring an statue near Liyue Harbor. She is also the author of the book series Records of Jueyun.
Following a certain dialogue branch for the first time gives the player Records of Jueyun: Palace Beneath the Sea.
