Yurochka

Yurochka is an event-exclusive NPC that appeared in Fabulous Fungus Frenzy. He can be found as a Fatui Pyro Agent north of Chatrakam Cave after the completion of The Strongest Opponent! The Biggest Crisis!. He spawns only when approached and cannot be seen from afar. Upon defeating him, he will drop the Mysterious Fatui Letter and Special Wisdom Orb.
