Code-named "δ", an experimental body was originally from a Valkyrie named Delta, who was seriously injured in the battle. Because of her strong desire to survive and the will to destroy the Houkai, she was allowed to participate in the Artificial Herrscher project. After observing for a period of time, according to the degree of fit between Delta and the experiment, the research department decided to create the experimental body "δ" as a secret weapon for Honkai, the purpose is to allow Delta to absorb a lot of Houkai energy and form a Herrscher core, become a Herrscher driven by human beings.

Delta was first being an unknown Valkyrie surviving from the Houkai area, relying on the corpses of the Houkai creatures for food, formed a physique that look like a Houkai beast, and became the first experimental subject to be reopened in the Artificial Herrscher project.

In 2013, a mediocre Valkyrie named Delta met a Valkyrie who loves insects in Schicksal. However, on the battlefield, she sacrificed to protect Delta, and Delta who survived ate the corpses of Houkai creatures. Her body was corroded and dying, and was taken back to the Schicksal HQ for first aid. When everyone was unable to return to Changkong, Otto Apokalypse discovered her special physique, and immediately decided to use the method of instilling Houkai energy to her. For first aid, she, who hated the Houkai because of the death of her partner, asked Otto to let herself fight for the eternal existence of mankind again. Otto agreed to her and decided to restart the Artificial Herrscher project again.

After undergoing the remodeling operation, Delta has proliferated a large number of mutant cells, forming a giant beast-shaped claw based on Houkai energy, but because she cannot control her desire to eat, she often falls into a state of rampage, so she was only guaranteed a minimum food supply and suppressed her appetite while maintaining her vital signs. Although the plan to become a Herrscher failed, the reason was due to insufficient Houkai energy, and it was necessary to completely swallow all the Houkai energy released by a major Houkai disaster.

In 2014, after the third Houkai broke out in Changkong City, Delta was quickly sent to the edge of Changkong City. One of the main purposes is to intercept the main mecha units and elite squads of the Anti-Entropy, and the other is to absorb the Houkai energy of the great Houkai and condense out a core. Delta ran away shortly after being thrown into the battlefield, and fought with the Seele Vollerei and Sin Mal. 3 stages of evolution

After Otto succeeded in contacting the Queen of Insects and Ella was overwhelmed, Delta was reactivated. Otto carried out the fusion experiment between the queen and Delta on Schicksal's artificial island 20 nautical miles away from the Sangharama Sea. As her enemies are only Houkai, Delta ignores Kiana Kaslana, and only recognizes Raiden Mei and Houraiji Kyuusyou, who have the Herrscher core, as enemies, and launches an attack. And because the queen has already started assisting Delta in the intake of Houkai energy, after absorbing enough Houkai energy, Delta entered the second stage of evolution. Kiana, along with Mei, and Elsa to make Delta cocoon again and enter the evolutionary stage. Jyahnar, who was far away from Sangharama, noticed the commotion and appeared in front of everyone. Under Otto's inducement, Jyahnar also agreed to assist Otto in solving the current crisis, using the planetary-star Houkai beast's ability, Delta completed the re-evolution, and was frozen at absolute zero after cocooning.
