● When Wheel of Destiny is activated:
○ Characters with "Heart's Splendor" deal 40% more Elemental DMG, 15% more Physical DMG%, and 20% more Total DMG. Enemies on the field take 5% more Physical DMG and 40% more Total DMG from characters with "Heart's Splendor".

3-pieces effect In Peaceful Times

Ultimate and Weapon Skill deal 10% more Total DMG.
When equipped by Hi♪ Love Elf♥:
● After enemies are hit by Weapon Skill or QTE, entering Stellar Outburst, entering the battle as the leader, or entering Stellar Surplus, all team members gain "Heart's Splendor" for 25s. Retriggering refreshes the duration.
● When Grail of Infinitude is activated:
○ Hi♪ Love Elf♥ deals 15% more Ice DMG and 40% more Total DMG. When she is the leader, enemies take 14% more Ice DMG from her.
○ Characters with "Heart's Splendor" and the Symbiosis trait deal 25% more Elemental DMG. Enemies on the field take 5% more Elemental DMG from characters with "Heart's Splendor" and the Symbiosis trait. When the character is not the leader, characters with "Heart's Splendor" and the Symbiosis trait deal 7% more Physical DMG and 30% more Total DMG. Enemies on the field take 8% more Physical DMG and 40% more Total DMG from characters with "Heart's Splendor" and the Symbiosis trait.
○ In Stellar Outburst burst, characters with "Heart's Splendor" and the Symbiosis trait deal 10% more Elemental DMG and 5% more Total DMG. Enemies on the field take 5% more Elemental DMG from characters with "Heart's Splendor" and the Symbiosis trait.
● When World Star is activated:
○ The character deals 20% more Ice DMG and 10% more Total DMG.
○ Characters with "Heart's Splendor" deal 15% more Elemental DMG and 16% more Total DMG. Enemies on the field take 18% more Elemental DMG and 7% more Physical DMG from characters with "Heart's Splendor". Enemies take an additional 5% more Physical DMG from characters with "Heart's Splendor" and Physical Breaker.
○ During Stellar Outburst, characters with "Heart's Splendor" deal 25% more Elemental DMG, and their Weapon Skill and Combo ATK deal 30% more Elemental DMG. Enemies on the field take 25% more Total DMG from characters with "Heart's Splendor".
