Blockade is a single-player gamemode which unlocks at Captain Level 81. The mode will often replace Asura Raid in certain weeks within each version.

Blockade was removed in Version 6.3, with the January 9th~16th cycle being its last, and was replaced by Chip Space.

Interface

Upon entering the mode, Captains will see the theme within the circle at the center and the two attributes at the corner, indicating what will have the advantage during battle.
At top right corner, Captains can see and enter the Themed Challenge, which features LTO missions that are available until the last Blockade cycle in current version ends. Some stages have these missions. which may not be available either due to their theme has yet available, or already ended.
At left side, there are Cycle and Rules. Cycle will tell the current ongoing, the next cycle (which will also have open date), or the ended one that will be instead shown as "Off".
At the bottom, the mode features score-based milestones which, if Captains manage to reach, will give rewards.

Gameplay

Captains will have six initial Blockade Order, which will be fully issued daily if at least one is used.
Captains will need to begin challenging the first stage with the book icon before getting access to the next one(s). Completing for the first time will cost Blockade Order ×1 and Stamina ×10 and reward 1,000 points on non-boss stages and additional points based on how long the battle takes on boss stage. Captains can rechallenge any completed stage without having to spend any Blockade Order and Stamina again.
Successfully challenging boss stage will also unlock one difficult stage, which will grant access to the next one after completion. Both will not consume any Blockade Order and give 4 and 6 SC Metal-H2 as respective rewards once succeed.
Certain line(s) between two stages will have effect that will aid Valkyries during battle in the next one if they manage to do optional task in the previous stage.

Special Bonus

Before battle, aside of making usual team, Captains can also create a Support Team which, although not engaging alongside Valkyries in battle, will add 1 point to either of Special Bonuses as long as they have one featured attribute.
Special Bonus will boost effect, which can be increased the more Valkyries with featured trait present in both playable and support teams. In some themes, Valkyrie's rank will be converted into star level, which further increases Special Bonuses' effects the higher initial and current rank she has.

Trivia

In the boss stage, quitting mid-fight also counts as stage completion.
The star level feature uses the ranking system, which is now considered old.
