Stamina

Last updated 2025-07-25

Stamina is the primary time gating resource in Honkai Impact 3rd. Stamina is visible at the upper edge of the main menu.

Sources

  • Captains gain 1 stamina every 6 minutes until they hit the soft cap. The soft cap is equal to 80 + (Captain Level). Stamina gains over the soft cap are automatically stored in the Stamina Depot (which has its own hard cap) in the Dorm, but at a much lower rate (roughly 40% depending on [Dorm Squad Level]).
  • Mei's Lunch and Mei's Dinner replenish 30 stamina. They are available in the Missions menu at 11:00 and 18:00 server time, respectively. They remain available until the daily reset at 4:00.
  • Stamina Potions and other recovery items, which can be obtained from Events or bought from the paid mall.
  • Stamina may be replenished using Crystals (Small) Crystals up to 20 times a day. Each replenishment gives 60 stamina. The first two replenishments cost Crystals (Small) Crystals ×25, the next two 50, the next two 100, and so on.[1]

Note that the soft cap only affects stamina gain from the slow regeneration. The player may have higher stamina than their soft cap by gaining stamina from other sources.
