Cruising Tribunal

Hitting Cruising Tribunal increases the Justice value. Being hit by Cruising Tribunal's ranged attack decreases the Justice value. When the Justice value is on the right, Cruising Tribunal takes more DMG. When the Justice value is on the left, Cruising Tribunal deals more DMG. If no DMG has been dealt or taken for a while, the Justice value will return to the middle.
[Strategy] Focus on attacking Cruising Tribunal and watch out for ranged skills.
Cruising Tribunal can enter cruising mode and fly away from the field, which summons Steel Trial. At the end of Cruising, Cruising Tribunal returns to the field, deals AoE DMG around the landing spot, and casts Crime-clearing Fists.
Returning to the field also unlocks Hammer of Judgement, Charging Crusade and Conviction Burst.
Cruising Tribunal enters with two Cruising Judges with hithit HP, which provides Total DMG Reduction for Cruising Tribunal till hithit HP is eliminated.
When Cruising Tribunal starts cruising, all the Cruising Judges on the field are defeated immediately.
[Strategy] Use fast-attack Valkyries to eliminate hit count HP.
Summons Cruising Judges to the field in batches to form an array and attack repeatedly. Cruising Judges summoned are immune to damage from the front and are linked. Cruising Judges are immediately defeated when damaged from behind. The defeat of a Cruising Judge triggers a chain explosion, destroying all Cruising Judges in the same batch and greatly increasing the Justice value.
Cruising Judges activate self-destruction upon reaching the destination, with no influence on Justice value. Cruising Tribunal ends Cruising when all Cruising Judge arrays are done attacking.
[Strategy] Get through the array using Evasion, and defeat Cruising Judges from behind.
Cruising Tribunal charges up and pulls enemies. After charging, performperform continuous fist attacks to the front, and ends with a short charged jab. During the fist attacks, Cruising Tribunal's fist waves are blocked by melee damage taken. Blocking the final jab disables Cruising Tribunal for a certain time period.
[Strategy] Focus attacks to block the fist waves.
When the Cruising Tribunal is near death, it gains a hit shield to restore itself, which releases an Overdrive Smite during the process. If the hit shield is not destroyed before the countdown ends, the Cruising Tribunal immediately turns around and flees the field.
[Strategy] Use fast-attack Valkyries to break the hit shield.
Cruising Tribunal charges up and performs a Throw to knock character airborne.

Cruising Tribunal is an enemy in Honkai Impact 3rd. It is not available in the collection book.
