[SP: 0][CD: 15s] Launch a 3-sequence attack. First 2 sequences: Deal 250% Lightning DMG in total. 3rd sequence: Deals 403% (600% at 6★) ATK of Lightning DMG. Enemies hit receive 6 Paralyze Trauma and take 13.2% (25% at 6★) bonus Lightning DMG for 12s (does not stack with the effects of weapon skills). Lightning Empress equip bonus: Weapon active inflicts Soul Razor's conductive debuff. Tap [ATK] right after casting the weapon active to immediately perform Combo ATK.
Wielder deals 43% (50% at 6★) more Lightning DMG. After using the weapon's Active Skill, wielder gains Ignore Interrupt and 50% Total DMG Reduction.
When Basic ATK or Combo ATK hits a paralyzed enemy, Heaven's Thunder emerges to deal 132% (250% at 6★) ATK of Lightning DMG to the target and nearby enemies, and inflict 3 Paralyze Trauma (CD: 12.4s [10s at 6★]).
A PRI-ARM mod of MagStorm and Anti-Entropy's first attempt at using PRI-ARM technology. MagStorm was built using Herrscher project data, making it a relatively safe choice for the experiment. Nevertheless, a number of extra safety features have been installed on the final weapon.
MAG-Typhoon is a weapon in Honkai Impact 3rd.
