Basic/Combo/Charged ATKs deal 5.6% (8% at 5★) more Physical DMG. In Cosmic Dominance state, the above bonus increases to 11.4% (25% at 5★) and Basic/Combo/Charged ATKs deal 12% (20% at 5★) more Crit DMG.
