When attack hits the enemy, gain 1.4% (3% at 5★) Physical DMG for 3s. Effect stacks up to 10 times. Duration for each stack is determined separately. Attacks against enemies affected by Time Slow, reduced Attack Speed, or reduced Move Speed gain 6% (10% at 5★) Crit Rate.
A Pantheon-series weapon forged by Schicksal. These gauntlets were named after the twin wolves Skoll and Hati of Nordic sagas. The wolves were fated to devour the Sun and Moon in Ragnarok and plunge the Nine Worlds into eternal chaos.
Skoll and Hati is a weapon in Honkai Impact 3rd.
