In Stellar Outburst:
In Time Flint stance, kick the blade forward to spin through the enemy and explode, pulling in nearby enemies and dealing 20% + 100% + 3 x 120% + 620% ATK of Fire DMG. When Herrscher of Origin and Herrscher of Truth are on the team, Herrscher of Origin will launch a Joint ATK for 50% x 10 ATK of Lightning DMG.
In Moon Blade stance, she fires a piercing blow at enemies, dealing 1,100% ATK of Fire DMG. When Herrscher of Origin and Herrscher of Truth are on the team, Herrscher of Truth will cast a Joint ATK for 500% ATK of Ice DMG.
Herrscher of Origin and Herrscher of Truth's Joint ATKs cannot be cast during Absolute Time Fracture.

During Stellar Outburst, using a Combo ATK for the first time grants 5 Descent.
Hold [ULT] to cast Go Kiana! in lieu of default Ultimate, during which Time-frozen Domain is triggered, pausing all skill and stage timers and dealing 3,300% ATK of Fire DMG to enemies (SP: 125. Shares CD with Ultimate).

Increases Fire DMG by 12% (20% at 5★). When equipped by Herrscher of Finality, Combo ATKs deal an additional 60.1% (100% at 5★) ATK of Fire DMG, and resets Weapon Active CD when it switches between Time Flint stance and Moon Blade stance. Switching to Finale stance reduces Weapon Active CD by 50%.

Increases Total DMG by 5/10/15%. When equipped by Herrscher of Finality, all team members deal 5/10/15% more Total DMG.
